Fly Taxi 的士 - HK book Taxi App

The driver (Kv8635) drove long way than usual....coz I had to paid more & spent longer time reached my destination..its always under $210 & 20 mins reached my same place as usual...But this time I had to paid $260 & more than 30 mins reached my destination !!! That period all route & road were very smooth as it were after 12am...More I felt angry & not worth is if i paid more but you sent me earlier to my destination is ok...but its not !!!

the driver did not follow the planned route given by the app (estimated to be 110 hkd) and wanted to drive his own way and make a longer journey and end up 180 hkd. The driver even threatened want to call police if I dont pay the full price, which is absurd. the driver even acuse me dont give the correct destination, but i just pinpoint the exact location on the map by the app
